Can I get my money back from Shutterfly?
We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 60 days after it was ordered. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error.

How is Shutterfly shipped?
We use a delivery expediting service that delivers directly to the destination country’s mail service. This service is as fast or faster than airmail. Estimated delivery times to international addresses are 5-8 business days from when the order is shipped. Production with delivery time (domestic) is 5-10 business days.

Can you get expedited delivery on Shutterfly orders?
If you need your order sooner, we recommend upgrading to Expedited, Rush or Super Rush delivery (when available). We cannot guarantee these delivery dates due to high holiday demand, but we will do our best to meet these estimates. Super Rush service is available for select products only.
How long does it take to mail an envelope from Shutterfly?
If you want to get your cards delivered as quickly and easily as possible, we can address, stamp, and mail your cards directly to the recipients. The envelope is printed in Arial font and mailed with a regular USPS stamp. Production with delivery time (domestic) is 5-10 business days.

No payment is required at that time—simply place your order and you will receive an email confirmation that your order was received at your selected store. You will pay for your prints at the store at the time of pickup. You may wish to call the store first to ensure that your order is ready.
