It doesn’t look like a deep scratch, only like the painting felt off a bit. Aren’t blu-rays different from DVD, in that the actual data isn’t underneath the top layer but within the disc itself? I don’t think your disc would be kaput, if that’s the case. If anything, plenty of my PS3 games have tiny holes in the top layers.
