After 12 months there is an annual cost of €150 (€122 + VAT), This annual fee gives you another 12 months of unlimited use and support from Moocall. This is an optional charge and if you decide not to continue using your Moocall sensor you will not be charged.

Moocall’s calving sensors measure contractions and predict when your cows will calve. This non-invasive, tail-mounted sensor collects hundreds of data per second. It can accurately predict when your cow is most likely to calve by measuring tail movements triggered by labour contractions.

How do I know if my Moocall is working?

After powering on your Moocall sensor it will proceed to flash through a sequence of multi-coloured lights (Red, Orange, Green, Blue). This means the sensor is connecting. Once it has found signal and connects to our server, the light will flash blue every 5/6 seconds.

How do you charge Moo calls?

Charging your Moocall Sensor

  1. Plug your Moocall into your Moocall charger (note you do not need to power your Moocall on or off to charge)
  2. The light will settle on a constant blue colour while charging.
  3. If your Moocall is completing a software update there will be an intermittent red flash through the blue light.

How long does it take to charge Moocall?

Note that the batteries in the Moocall HEAT collar are of very large capacity and will take a long time to recharge. Please allow 15-20 hours for each charge.
