Is Behringer X touch discontinued?
X-Touch: 599USD. The only fear I have is, that the Behringer Control series is now officially discontinued. Which is a darn shame, because these devices are sturdy, they exist for quite a long time now.

I actually have the FP8 and 16 set up at the same time using 24 faders in total. That did it. It works now. And I got it working in all my DAWs now (Reaper, Cakewalk by BandLab, StudioOne 4 and Mixbus 32C).
