What is a house tonic?
House Tonic is the Soho House drinks initiative, aimed at promoting the drink philosophy and bartenders of our sites worldwide. It was created to develop a unique drink culture across all Soho House bars through training, inspiration and development.

What is Rutte gin?
An elegant dry gin produced in the Netherlands by Rutte, using a recipe that features fennel as one of its ingredients, among other classic botanicals like juniper, coriander, orange peels and angelica.
