Part 3 of 4: Lavender Town is dominated by the Pokémon Tower, but you can’t get to the upper levels until you get the Silph Scope. The Silph Scope is located in Celadon City. Head west on Route 8 out of Lavender Town. On the far west end of Route 8, you’ll come to the gates of Saffron City.

Outside, go toward the west exit of Lavender Town and you will see Jessie and James. They are going to the Rocket Game Corner in Celadon City, so that is where you should go, too. Go west from Lavender Town to Route 8.
