Movie screenings are held outdoors on Fairbanks Lawn, an open grassy field inside Hollywood Forever Cemetery, under the stars.
Are dogs allowed Cinespia?
Dogs are welcome, but need to be on a leash. Pre-packaged movie night snacks of popcorn, candy and bottled drinks can be purchased at our snack bar on site. Be sure to bring layers to wear. Cinespia DJs play before the movie during the picnic.

How early should you get to cinespia?
Get there early. I recommend getting there around 6pm and make sure to purchase tickets online for quick entry. You’ll also have time to check out the cemetery grounds and enjoy the meticulously curated beats from the pre-show DJ.

Will there be food available? Yes. Concessions snacks can be purchased on site, but you are welcome to bring a picnic.

Can you just walk around Hollywood Forever Cemetery?
If you’re visiting Hollywood, the cemetery is also easily accessible by foot, particularly if you’re doing the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It’ll take around 15 minutes to walk here from the Hollywood Palladium or Pacific Cinerema Dome, both of which you’ll want to see on any walking tour, anyway.
Can you picnic at Hollywood Forever Cemetery?
The Hollywood Forever screenings take place on the Fairbanks Lawn, where guests are invited to bring picnic dinners and drinks (beer and wine only). Cinespia suggests bringing blankets, pillows or low chairs that have a seat which rests on the ground with a low back. A small tarp underneath your blanket is recommended.
Can you bring your own alcohol to the Greek Theater?
No alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought into the venue. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older with legal identification. Sales terminate at any time at the sole discretion of management. Only service animals are permitted at the Greek Theatre.
