Bhelen is the better choice to expand dwarves and maybe stave of the race dying off. On the flip side however he is a royal douche pickle of a character. Harrowmont is as old and xenophobic as it gets.

When combat starts, all you need to do is have your rogue enter stealth then start laying down traps. Once you have set up enough traps, stay behind them and throw a bomb at Jarvia. This will cause her to run toward your rogue, and consequently step on all the traps you have set.

After the death of Trian, the Dwarf Noble’s name is stricken from the Memories and exiled into the Deep Roads to fight darkspawn until their death. Gorim pleaded to let him accompany the Dwarf Noble but the Bhelen-supporting deshyrs wouldn’t allow it, and instead Gorim is exiled and sent to the surface.
Can you do both Bhelen and Harrowmont quests?

Harrowmont is the better man (or dwarf, I guess) as a person, but he is detrimental to Orzammar and the dwarves. He’s cleaner and less dirty, but he is not a good candidate for King.
